Story
He was promised a life of wandering his new home and having adventures, but things got out of hand pretty quickly. He met with kings and gods, fought interdimensional cults, and got in a knife fight with the guy who creates universes. He didn't win. What he'd never done was roam around, having nice, sensible adventures. He hadn't even seen the hometown of his friends, and that had been the first destination on his list.

This doesn't have a cliffhanger ending! Love that part. Another great book in the series.

So many loose ends
Reviewed: 01-11-25
I’ve loved this series since the beginning. I understand this is the last book of the series and has so many loose ends. Would like it tied up better.

I haven't cared for Kira and her self down talk through most of the series. It felt like we were going to have all the loose ends tied up. And a clean ending. But it was not what I had expected and not happy.

I didn’t care for the music into and exit on every chapter. The narrator has a strong British accent which makes sense since the Author seems to write in British English. Overall the book seemed to run into one problem after another lots of drama and some suspense. Overall I liked the books.

I found the book a little lengthy and repeates itself a few times to remind you of previous events, it had some technical terms that without context I would have needed to look up. Overall a good read.

The reader brought the book to life looking forward to the next one. The author has a well thought out main character although some of his supporting characters have no real substance. still would reccommend.
