Story
Willie Nelson, Waylon Jennings, Kris Kristofferson. Before they were household names, these budding legends called Sue’s Nashville apartment—lovingly dubbed the “Boar’s Nest”—home. Sue’s place was an intimate staging ground where a new breed of singer-songwriters—wounded souls, wayward upstarts—would spur each other on to tap into something bigger, realer.

Story
Isaac Race thought he'd found a new family and home. A new Life. He had, but it's all about to be snatched away. When an ambitious enemy launches a sneak attack on the USA, his peaceful life is shattered and Isaac, by his very nature a loner, must band together with a ragtag group of survivors to make their way to a sanctuary, three states away in the depths of a vicious east coast winter.

The plot is good, what lost me is it reads like a 13 year old kids fantasy of the apocalypse. Also the inconsistencies with slang, (I'm guessing the writer is a Brit.) the mistakes about firearm terminology and how they actually work, the fact that he thinks dumbell is an out dated term but then uses words that no American teen has used since the 50s?? The fact that not one character acts in the manner a teenager would.. etc. And the cussing... dear lord it gets behind unbearable. over all if I could get back the credit I spent on this I would.

Story
Braedyn is a normal girl just trying to survive high school with her two devoted friends, Royal and Cassie. Together they're doing a pretty good job of shrugging off the slings and arrows cast their way by the popular crowd when a new boy, Lucas, moves into the house next door. Suddenly Braedyn finds herself falling in love for the first time.
