Story
With clarity and moral courage, Shelton charts the course to a brighter future. She’s one of the few economists bold enough to challenge the inflationary policies of the Federal Reserve, emphasizing how today’s policies enrich elites at the expense of—you guessed it—poor and middle-class Americans. This, Shelton insists, must end. And it can end—easily. But Shelton doesn’t stop there. Her vision is for not only America but also for people around the world. Global, economic upliftment, she insists, need not come at the expense of domestic prosperity. We can have both.

Gold

Excellent read. Good points. Let’s get back on the gold standard. Yellen being behind the 2% annual theft (compounded negatively) is fitting.

Laborious read

Laborious read. The story was spotty and drawn out. I’ll try to finish it someday, but it became too painful after a dozen chapters. I read a book or two a week and this one was not good. Sorry Sean! I’m a fan of yours in politics.

Story
In an astonishing feat of empathy and narrative invention, our most ambitious novelist imagines an alternate version of American history. In 1940 Charles A. Lindbergh, heroic aviator and rabid isolationist, is elected president. Shortly thereafter, he negotiates a cordial "understanding" with Adolf Hitler while the new government embarks on a program of folksy anti-Semitism.

Worse political trash book story EVER
Reviewed: 05-01-21
Very biased and I picked up a smell of anti-American Democrat liberal crap. Ron Silver must be afraid of anyone not like him.
FDR was not the Great Leader nor was he a good president or even a good man. Your worshipping of a false prophet was sickening and paled your portrayal of Lindbergh as being an idol of “Republicans”.
Political trash. Terrible book

Every modern city has one week’s worth of food to feed itself. Then it will collapse. Cut off the resources to New York, Sydney, or even a mid-size metropolis, and millions will soon starve. In Zero Day Code we see those immense and open, hyper-complex, networked supercities of the new millennium die. And in the last moments we see their vengeance take form as all the best and worst traits of humanity bubble to the surface.
