Was very interesting to go through the process of moriarty’s change from ingenue to devious. Seeing Sherlock as a bad guy was very thought provoking.

The emotional roller coaster of this book is quite ride. You get involved with all of the characters right away. You feel for each and every one. You want to know how does it end. You will cry. You will laugh. You will love this book.

I’m an adult and this was a well written story. You get involved right away. Told from a child’s point of view but not just a children’s story. Performance was wonderfully done. I loved it and will look for more.

This author really knows how to evolve her characters. You are really drawn into their lives. You care about them and want to know what will happen. I have read several books now, all with very different plots and each one has been so satisfying.

I had a hard time getting into this story at first. Each character was really hard to like at first. But I was interested in knowing what was happening. There was enough to pull me in, make me curious. After a rough beginning I was hooked. What happened to Ellie? What was going on with Floyd? Poppy? I was glad to get closure in the end. The characters could have had more depth, been more developed somehow. None of them were very likable.

Really good thriller. Draws you into the characters. I was so invested that I was talking to the characters. I could feel the stress as the book was reaching its climax. So many twists and turns. A definite must read.

I love and hate a book that makes me cry! lol.

Sparks can really take you on an emotional roller coaster.

The narration is good. Johnny Heller reads well and gets you into the story with different voices for each character.

I loved the performance! January Lavoy does such a great job doing different voices for each character you are completely into the story. Her voice for CiCi reminded me so much of Stockard Chaning I had to look at who was narrating to be sure it wasn’t her. Every part of the story gets you into what is happening right then and there. The beginning starts with teenagers going to a movie at the mall wrapped up in their teen age lives until the shooting starts and you are caught until the end of the story. I enjoyed this book more than any other I’ve listened to in a while. I listen to at least 1 book a week.

Really loved that this was a double narration. They were both so good at different voices for each character that the book really came to life. Loved it and want more like it.
