This book wasn’t for you, but who do you think might enjoy it more?
Not sure about this one. It isn't a total waste of time but i guess there is more to say about self-control and it should have been going into greater depths...there weren't so many ''aha'' moments here.....sounded more like a down to earth self help book...sorry..
What do you think your next listen will be?
History of science 1700-1900..it's great!

Landmark theories of planetary motion, the workings of nature, and the speed of light were all ideas that took the world by storm. Now you can share in that story of discovery in a series of 36 lectures designed to give you a rock-solid understanding of the great discoveries of Newton, Darwin, Franklin, Pasteur, and so many others.

Good overview. Gave me a new perspective. Good job.
Wish the narrator publishes a book to dig deeper into the narrative.
