We need more from this author. Great story and narration. Kudos on all fronts. The characters and storyline lend themselves to an ongoing series.

Motown never sounded so good!

The author does a great job of capturing a biracial community in Detroit. The narrator does the excellent job of using the right inflexions and the right timing in reading the text. I've enjoyed all 3 of the novels and I would recommend them to anyone. They have the right mix of adventure, of intrigue, and of humor.

great setup and back stories of key characters. although Walter is a southern man, he does a good job of capturing northern attitudes.

His voice was muffled, low, and gravelly.
Do you think Back to War needs a follow-up book? Why or why not?
Yes. Many variations can be made on the premise that this book presents.
