The worst music was picked to pair with this. I can't understand why it's not made with bionic beats that help with Hypno. This beat music distracts me and definitely doesn't carry me deeper as the dialogue says. Waste of money. Choose different Hypno tapes.

I love Jessica, always have always will, but in almost 99 percent she's almost crying and it gets so annoying.

It's like please stop with the dramatics. I get there are super emotional parts of life, and some parts made me cry with empathy, especially wheh she talks about the death of her cousin. But in so many other parts, it was East to tell it was a sad part, so can you chill with the voice? It's cracking in WAYWAY too much of the book.

The story was interesting from the business point of view, but honestly, why would the author not get someone to read it like it reads? He’s a white guy trying to read things that black people say. It sounds ridiculous. Of course JZ went to write his own book. Smart people capitalize on themselves.

This book says it’s about hiking the AT with 4 unlikely people. Those people stuck together for a minuscule part of the book and the rest of the book was monotone and boring. It was all about food, stops, and what people say. Nothing about the challenges or that it changes lives. I’m very disappointed. I’ve read many books in long distance hikes and walks and this is by far the worst.
