Pleasently suprised how good this was. Still have serious issues with my sleep but I feeled this could help a lot in the future. I felt very relaxed and sleepy last night.

I have listens a few books on stock market investing and I think this book has given me a lot of ideas on how to get started. There are things that I really want to try and I am very excited for the results. This is really a cool thing to try since you can save your money while you are investing.
