I recieved this today and decided to flip through quickly for a fast listen while waiting for my son to come out of school. I notice this pictures in mine are very blurry, maybe this was a bad batch? I'm going to contact Amazon to possibly get a new one sent. The camera on the phone however made the picture slightly listenable. I'll update as I start this 30 day Challenge.

I love how this book gives you a specific plan to kick-off your keto diet - complete with meal plan and shopping list. It’s fun trying all the new recipes. I lost 4.2 lbs the first week using this and stayed the same the second week. I did not measure portions or count macros - I simply ate the foods on the schedule. Most recipes were very good - a few were not. I spent a lot of time in the kitchen. Lots of meal prep and dirty dishes. I don’t mind but it’s tough with little kids to attend to. I spent A LOT of money on groceries for this - about $250 each week. So, if you don’t mind all this, this is a great springboard to get you going on this way of eating!
