Excellent listen

Loved it! So many great takeaways from start to finish. Really enjoyed the mental side of it towards the end. Probably need to listen to this 2-3 times to take it all in.

Story
For David Goggins, childhood was a nightmare--poverty, prejudice, and physical abuse colored his days and haunted his nights. But through self-discipline, mental toughness, and hard work, Goggins transformed himself from a depressed, overweight young man with no future into a US Armed Forces icon and one of the world's top endurance athletes. The only man in history to complete elite training as a Navy SEAL, Army Ranger, and Air Force tactical air controller, he went on to set records in numerous endurance events.

This audio book was even better than the book, I loved how David and Adam would chat (like a podcast) at certain points. It was amazing. I felt everything from tears to being ready to take over the world. Possibly my favorite book of my life thus far.

Audio doesn't match is 50% of the book
Reviewed: 01-28-16
This a great book, however the audio edition was horrible. I spent more time finding where they were in each chapter instead of enjoying the book. Some FULL chapters are skipped. This book is not worth the audible edition, just buy the book and read it. The audio edition will only frustrate you if you like to follow along in the book.

Great book, some audio doesn't match

It was a great book and I took a lot of valuable information from it. The only downside was that some of the audio didn't match up to the book and was a hassle to find the start and stop points.
