Story
A mysterious old man keeps popping up to tell Hayden a series of tall tales. Who is he? And is he actually glowing? Are his stories fiction, or is he telling her the history of her family, the enchanted islands, and the witch? And why did a dead body show up...of someone who is already dead? Can Hayden and her quirky sidekick, Latifa, unscramble this mystery? Hayden’s adventures in the magical world of Destiny Falls continue in this gripping story that answers your questions about the mysterious world she entered through a mirror in book one.

Whisked away again even further

As soon as I got the book I spent nearly all of my time listening until finished. You cannot put this story down!
Hayden and her friends and new found family are at it once again, and discover the body of a man who’d already died awhile ago! Solving this and continuing learning more about Destiny Falls, family, friends, and making new friends is keeping her very busy, let alone the handsome guy whose attention seems more and more turning toward stronger than casual friendly interest!
The ending stopped me so abruptly…I admit I was sad thinking it was the last book, but later saw there may be more - so glad!! Listening brought me memories but also new facts I hadn’t noticed or remembered from reading.
Elizabeth has magically gone even further above and beyond the last two books! Mystery, magic, intriguing characters, and history of the island and its people revealed in more detail, some things explained further also. Questions asked almost immediately , but answered more quickly within the story than previous books just confirms the creative genius that lurks In Elizabeth Pantley’s amazing mind! Then there are the cats, as complex as the people characters and essential to the story line too. Hope to see more mysteries solved in future books. Brava once again!
