This book is beautifully written and complex. it does have dark tones, but is well worth the time it takes to follow the character plots woven like roots around and through the book.

amazing performance by narrator. a loving, lovely story of love and loss. I'll be recommending for a support group I facilitate. looking at cancer through this author's eyes may help others to accept the journey.
