This was a perfect course and audiobook for listening and reflecting on long walks. Existentialist themes pervade this pandemic era and this course cuts to the heart of how we can consider notions such as the meaning of life. Highly recommend. And highly recommend long walks.

If you’re 12 or fantasize about magically enhanced sex, this book may be for you. The book starts out ok, but flails miserably with each successive chapter.

The books aims are far larger than its means. While distilling an intellectual history of Ancient Rome is no easy feat, this book wavers in its attempt to convey both a timeline of important events and the day to day spirit of their era. Narration is solid.
