Story
A dreadful mistake, curses and feuds, can there be a happy ending? Grace Whitford made the mistake of having a horrible megrim at her sister’s wedding on board Lord Carew’s ship. This in and of itself should not have been a disaster, except she went to sleep it off with a draught in a small dark cabin, and no one remembered to wake her up. By the time she awoke, the ship was well into the Channel and could not be turned around. Carew had to leave as soon as the wedding was over and the guests disembarked. He’d just received a letter calling him back to Ireland and he had to make haste.

Good forth book in a series I enjoyed but painful to listen to. Narration did not fit with the story.

Story
John Parker-Roth cannot believe that marriage is necessary for his happiness. He would far rather pursue his interest in horticulture, but if one day he should find a female who shared his passion for flowers - a level-headed, calm sort of female - he might reconsider. Certainly the lovely young woman who has just tumbled into his lap will not do, as she possesses neither of those admirable qualities.
