Story
On the 78th floor of the World Trade Center’s north tower, no alarms sounded, and no one knew what had just happened at 8:46 a.m. that morning, September 11, 2001. Blind since birth, Michael couldn’t see a thing, but he could hear the sounds of shattering glass, falling debris, and terrified people flooding around him and his guide dog, Roselle. However, Roselle sat calmly beside him. In that moment, Michael chose to trust Roselle’s judgment and not to panic. They were a team....

Excellent and informative

It was very interesting to hear a first hand report by a man who survived 9-11. Mostly it was informative about the life journey of a blind man who led a successful life. I learned about guide dogs, their training and the working relationship between man and dog. It is an excellent story.

Another excellent read

I enjoyed this book a lot. There were some drawn out scenarios that slowed the story down for me. For instance, I thought FINALLY when Lucas caught on to who was the bad cop. Overall, really good story.
