Story
Roshar is a world of stone and storms. Uncanny tempests of incredible power sweep across the rocky terrain so frequently that they have shaped ecology and civilization alike. Animals hide in shells, trees pull in branches, and grass retracts into the soilless ground. Cities are built only where the topography offers shelter. It has been centuries since the fall of the 10 consecrated orders known as the Knights Radiant, but their Shardblades and Shardplate remain: mystical swords and suits of armor.

Fantastic Read

Absolutely loved this book. Brandon Sanderson has quickly become one of my favorite fantasy writers. I particularly enjoyed his ability to play with perspectives, effortlessly making the reader aware of certain details without giving these details to the characters themselves. The seamless blending of knowledge and discovery is tantalizingly well done. Would recommend to any serious fan of fantasy novels any day of the week. Thanks for the story Brandon, I appreciate your effort.

Story
My name is Kvothe. You may have heard of me. So begins a tale told from his own point of view - a story unequaled in fantasy literature. Now in The Wise Man’s Fear, Day Two of The Kingkiller Chronicle, Kvothe takes his first steps on the path of the hero and learns how difficult life can be when a man becomes a legend in his own time.

Can't Wait For Kingkiller Book 3!
Reviewed: 09-23-19
The second book in an unfortunately unfinished trilogy. Fantastic storytelling and narration from Nick Podehl guides the reader through a literal journey of a lifetime. The book is well written, as understated by the author's use of wide vocabulary and character building skills. I have wondered what it would be like to be the musician, the arcanist, and the legend. Patrick Rothfuss has accomplished this through his writing, thus he has become all these things as moments in the life that he has created. I truly love this book, and it will remain atop the highest honors of my all time favorite list. Mr. Rothfuss, Thank you.

Attention Grabber from Imaginative Author

This book was a fantastic read and a great continuation of the Deathstalker Series. I'm looking forward to reading Deathstalker: War, the next book in the series, immediately. Simon R. Green has been a favorite for a decade of my life. He continues to impress me with his imaginative ability. If for the obvious reasons, you decide to start another series by Simon R. Green, Something From The Nightside is a good place to start.
