For the first time ever, I finally feel like I can understand my child....this has been such a struggle and I felt like I was failing my child as a parent. It made me decide to confidently look for technology to help my child and to encourage them to become an advocate for themselves. I have purchased this book for everyone of my child's teachers and we hand write a note in the cover telling them we appreciate them taking the time to read it and hope it will help them to understand my child better. It has been life changing! THANK YOU!!!!

I really enjoyed that Fran not only gave personal examples of how she responded in situations, but she also listed optional phrases to try. I have a tendency to use “I’m sorry” too often and I can’t wait to try some of these other methods. I am also going to be more open to mentoring and having conversations with more women in my industry. Thank you for the practical advice! 😊 ~ Proud to be a Nice Girl
