Very good book for those starting out! I've been in the childcare biz for 4 years and this book would've been helpful at the start of my career. Even though I've opened a couple centers I still found this book informative. I loved the real life scenarios and the way she delivers information in chunks that the listener can digest.

I LOVE Oprah Winfrey. I grew up with her show on television and always thought that she was wise and intuitive. This book is in line with everything I thought she was (and still is). Great advice for those trying to find themselves or just rethinking what they want in life.
