What makes these audio lessons so appealing to both people who are learning Spanish and also Spanish instructors who are looking for supplemental materials to go along with their classes is that they're so cost-effective. Lots of content included and all of it for what I consider a great price.

A clear path to manage the kundalini

For me this is an invaluable book... one I have been searching for for years. Having an awakened kundalini has been a real problem as it awoke totally on its own, and for years I have tried to suppress every experience because the first time it happened I almost died from a fire by spontaneous combustion. This in my opinion is a clear path to manage the kundalini.

Love the room by room approach. I’m successfully releasing belongings I’ve been attached to forever - understanding these now as relics from past seasons of my life that are no longer relevant to or expressive of my current season’s interests and values. “Unowning” items works better for me than “decluttering”. Feeling rewarded with each new unit of space created by unowning distractions .
