If you’re looking for a couple of recipes to add to your collection, this would be a useful one. For anybody interested in the ketogenic diet, this is one of the best audiobook to have.. I always thought diet is about all the solid restrictions you have to keep in order to get healthier. This cookbook disproves all the stereotypes I've had considering the diet foods. Recipes are easy and interesting,I will continue my cooking endeavor in order to try as many recipes as I can and follow all the possible instructions accurately.

If you seek gentle guidance regarding depression, anxiety, or intrusive thoughts that provides, you, the listener, information and choices then this book is for you. The workbook at the back is great, and the numerous suggestions for incorporating spiritual or secular beliefs were also helpful. ’m really glad to get this book because I was looking for exactly this type of Guide To Retraining Your Brain To Overcome Anxiety book. This book has almost every important thing! Highly recommended!

Visualization is the technique of seeing an image of yourself that you are proud of, in your own mind. When we struggle with low self-confidence, we have a poor perception of ourselves that is often inaccurate. Practice visualizing a fantastic version of yourself, achieving your goals. Even for those of us who have pretty good self-confidence, this book will help with guidance and exercises for those stubborn areas that still make us doubt ourselves. Highly recommend!
