The way Ken approaches this book it is as if you are inside a meditation retreat with him. I have been practicing Vajrayana for 6 years and the depth of understanding I received from these teachings are extraordinary. Many doubts and questions about my personal practice were resolved even though my lineage path is different from his. At several times his voice actually lead me directly into awareness. Truly a remarkable book for those on this path and for those who are deeply curious about the Vajrayana path.
