As always, Kevin Pierce is the voice of the apocalypse, and the books would not be the same without him. These books keep getting bigger and better. I tend to enjoy these better than the borrow World Series really looking forward to where the next couple books go and see how the invasion plays out.

I really hope this keeps going for at least 4-5 books. I have told people about Dorris and got them listening to the series. I wouldn’t be surprised if 1/2 of this is true.

Always sad to finish a book and not have the next one ready to go. The book moved along with a very good pace, and got to the point where you wanted to keep listening throughout the night to finish. There are some unbelievable parts of the book, but that is always what keeps drawing us back to the books.

Very good book but multiple times you’ll be shaking your head in disappointment
Reviewed: 06-20-23
I have to disagree with some of the previous reviewer‘s, I was not disappointed in this book at all, and look forward to the continuation, which ever way it may go. There are some very predictable parts of the book and you’re asking yourself. These people are very intelligent. Why are they making stupid decisions, so I’m still really looking forward to seeing how Sarge handles the internal conflicts. Choose freedom.

Not that I’m disappointing or anything the book left it open for another two books to continue the series. I am always sad when I hit the end of the book and have to wait for the next one to be released. This book continues right off from the last one, and explains the arrest, and then the book takes off from there. As the book says over and over again trust no one.

Not the normal Mitch Rapp but just as awesome
Reviewed: 09-14-22
This is different from most of the Mitch Rapp books! I normally don't like when the tables are turned but int true Mitch Rapp fashion it becomes an edge of your seat thriller. Its always someone hidden in the government with nefarious agendas that get people killed. Kyle continued this series without missing a beat. I was provided an advanced reader copy for a fair unbiased review. I did buy the audible version with my own money. George Guidall is always amazing and hope he continues the series, as he is the voice to contend against!

Jeff is getting better and better at these books! Mitch Rapp, Pike Logan need to move over. These are just as good and the narration is spot on with the legends in the industry. Can't really write a good (proper review) without giving parts of the book away. Jack isnt the only one who can take care of himself Chrissy and Rachel are starting to develop even more.

If you like alien romance books you will be good and enjoy it. For never listening to this narrator Kasey Logan did a good job separating characters. I feel like the story was rushed a bit and needs deeper development for my taste of listening, it left it open for book 2-3. If you have a credit and like syfi, alien romance, fantasy it worth the time. Being a post apocalyptic style person I was expecting some big action or escape attempts. I was given this free review copy audiobook at my request and have voluntarily left this review.'

Give it a chance and qet passed the first few chapters. I don’t know why it starts off so hard to listen to but after awhile it flows and goes the way you would expect a good narrator to do. This has all the twists and turns of a good spy/action novel and as all books who can you trust when the government is really out to get you! I enjoy the Jack Steel books and look forward to seeing where it goes.
