Story
Zachary Quinto - best known for his role as the Nimoy-approved Spock in the recent Star Trek reboot and the menacing, power-stealing serial killer, Sylar, in Heroes - brings his well-earned sci-fi credentials and simmering intensity to this audio-exclusive novella from master storyteller John Scalzi. One day, not long from now, it becomes almost impossible to murder anyone - 999 times out of a thousand, anyone who is intentionally killed comes back. How? We don't know.

Short story Heaven!

I’m big on the voice actor. Can you make it believable? Can you make it enjoyable? Can you make it interesting? If yes, then I’m in 100%! This story was perfect in its choice of voice actor.
I chose to read this story without knowing what it was about. Something I don’t usually do. The story grabbed me from the start and hung on! I love stories where they keep you guessing and trying to figure out the ins and outs. Sometimes a story will lose momentum along the way while doing this but not in this story. Definitely entertaining and highly recommended! Excited to read more from this author.

Story
He was definitely trouble, and the worst kind of trouble because he was wrapped up in an incredible package of muscles, ink and heartbreak. A guy like him was the last thing I needed now. A guy like Colt Stone was the last thing I ever needed.

Poorly Narrated

The story itself was well written but lost credibility with how the narrators portrayed it. The female narrator reads angry and the male narrator reads as though he has a wad of chew in his lip. I ended up purchasing the books through Kindle to read because the narrating was that bad. Be warned, don’t waste your money on this audible book and spare your ears the anguish.

Story
I’ve just got out of prison and I’m running from my MC, so my stepsister’s best friend has agreed to drive me across the country. Summer’s my ride. That’s all. But she captivates me, and I don’t have a damn clue why. She’s a distraction I can’t afford. Is it because I’ve been told she’s forbidden? Is it because she’s preppy and freakin’ beautiful, so not a part of my world? With every mile of our trip, every spark of connection, she seems to inch closer to me. The temptation is too much to resist.

My only critique would be if you have two voice actors reading please for the love of God have the guy read all male parts and the gal read all female parts. Why have two of them if you aren’t using them to the books full potential. Would have been a much more enjoyable read. Especially during the love scenes where Niles voice would have been better served.
