Story
Predicting a global pandemic in a hit movie was impressive. Writing a sequel that will work for today’s world might take a whole different kind of intelligence. Join Scott Z. Burns, the acclaimed screenwriter of Contagion, as he embarks on a mind-bending quest to create a worthy follow-up to his eerily prophetic film. Reuniting with director Steven Soderbergh, members of the cast and crew, and the scientific experts who advised him on the first film, Burns also turns to an unexpected collaborator: artificial intelligence.

EV bashing and just not up to his normal quality
Reviewed: 01-11-25
At least support your unnecessary jabs at EVs. They don’t all drain the grid (some people use their own solar panels to power their car) or explode. This story isn’t very well thought out and lacks the author’s normal engaging style

Virtual voice is making some odd errors. It says dash out loud. Virtual voice has no concept of how to say yeah. ‘Ta Da’ loses all of its charm and meaning. Jack is a fine character who suffers a great deal and remains a good person. Worth the listen. Human readers are better than virtual ones by far still

Nikki Ashford had it all. Not only was she drop-dead gorgeous with a figure to match, but she was smart – a top student at one of the most elite high schools in town. Moreover, Nikki was used to getting her way. As an only child, she was spoiled rotten by parents who had worked their way out of the hood in order to give her everything she ever wanted. The only problem was that Nikki wanted everything: clothes, money, jewelry... But at the top of the list was Quilon – who, shockingly, didn’t want Nikki. Unfamiliar with being denied what she wanted (and certainly not accustomed to being...
