Story
When he’s awake, George Bailey is just an ordinary man. Five days a week he coaxes his old Hyundai to life, curses the Los Angeles traffic, and clocks in at his job as a handyman at the local college. But when he sleeps, George dreams of something more. George dreams of flying. He dreams of fighting monsters. He dreams of a man made of pure lightning, an armored robot, a giant in an army uniform, a beautiful woman who moves like a ninja.

mostly good story, ugh performance

unfortunately this one was missing two of the three voice actors from the previous books. it dampened the excitement when you heard them with the wrong voices.
the story was really good, very imaginative, but I felt the very end was lacking.
still, a must read if you're following the series.

another great experience

I've read most of Suarez and this one doesn't disappoint in the techno thriller space. The ending was a tiny bit anticlimactic, I could have taken a giant 'drones annihilate city' battle type thing, but.. maybe in the follow-up.
Jeff Gurner is a master. The accents for each character got a tiny bit loose by the end of the book but after that many hours who can blame him??

What made the experience of listening to A Is for Antichrist the most enjoyable?
A novel take on the world's baddest boy bio, set in an angsty coming of age package. Fun but morbid, it wastes no time getting to what you want to hear, especially if you have a little bit of Mr. A in you too.
