Incomplete

Overall

Performance
2 out of 5 stars

The recording is short, about only twelve minutes long, since the first quarter of the text is the publisher's legal disclaimer.

The text feels incomplete. The author covers 4 rooms: living room, kitchen, bedroom, and children's rooms. She doesn't cover the really difficult rooms, such as the basement and garage. The author makes about four suggestions for each room. It feels like an abbreviated house tour.

I was wondering why the author didn't make the effort to write a whole book when I saw the list of other publications by the author. It appears that the author sold her blogs as miniature books, rather than compiling them into one book with more substance.

Needed correction: In Chapter 6, the author advises that the reader sort their papers into 4 piles but identifies only one of them. It sounds like a caption or a couple of sentences are missing.

The book presents the presents its information ckearly but it provides the same information about transgender people as the other sources I have read or watched, so it doesn't stand out.

This book was my first attempt to learn a programming language by audio book. I was able to follow what was being said. That's good.
The bad part is that it is not unabridged. Perhaps they only narrated the body text, but entire chapters were covered in one or two paragraphs. I found the PDF version and there is a lot of the content missing. It may be a introduction to the topic but it will not teach you XML by itself.
