Story
Too often, Christians today either sensationalize the subject of spiritual warfare by obsessing over demon possession, exorcisms, binding the devil, and rebuking demons or they minimize the idea and are unprepared for the real struggle they face against principalities and powers. Pastors Brian Borgman and Rob Ventura provide a balanced approach that exposes the fictions and superstitions surrounding this vital doctrine and at the same time reveal the unseen realities of this struggle.

Neither balanced nor biblical
Reviewed: 03-17-24
This is a sophomoric Bible study on Ephesians 6. There is no reference to Jesus’ own engagement in spiritual warfare… how can the book then be balanced or properly biblical?

THE BOOK

Simply tremendous. A timeless classic that I have constantly enjoyed. Too bad that there isn’t a sequel, the 22 balloons.

Vilaya the Sable Quean, her henchman Zwilt the Shade, and their savage cronies have set their sights on Redwall Abbey. Spiriting away one unlucky Redwall youngster after another, the vermin hope to weaken the abbey’s resolve and soften it for a takeover. But what Vilaya and Zwilt don’t know is someone else is headed toward the abbey. Buckler, Blademaster of the Long Patrol, is among the bravest hares ever to set foot in Mossflower Wood.

Swilt vs Buckler

A great story but swilt’s death is a slight bit disappointing as a great story must have the hero about to lose but then somehow manages to win. Still a fantastic book.
