Story
When pioneering business journalist and Inc. magazine editor at large Bo Burlingham wrote Small Giants, it became an instant classic for its original take on a common business problem - how to handle the pressure to grow. Now Burlingham is back to tackle an even more common problem - how to exit your company well. Sooner or later, all entrepreneurs leave their businesses and all businesses get sold, given away, or liquidated.

Definitely a needed view. Thank you!

It's amazing that we don't hear more about from entrepreneurs about their exit experiences. It's good to have an idea of what to expect so we can prepare for it. Thanks for this!

Story
The Wealthy Gardener required 33 years to complete: the first 30 to earn financial freedom, the last three to write the life lessons on prosperity. This book was originally a series of missives between a financially independent father and his son who was about to embark on his life’s own question for financial achievement. It offers timeless wisdom to clarify the ways of prosperity.

Useful principles conveyed in humanistic story. I hope to leave a similar story for my children. If you're interested in creating wealth and true abundance in your life and in the lives of your loved ones, you might want to listen to this book and pass it on. I'm going to read it again now.

Story
Most organizations and individuals work in the context of annual goals and plans; a 12-month execution cycle. Instead, The 12 Week Year avoids the pitfalls and low productivity of annualized thinking. This book redefines your "year" to be 12 weeks long. In 12 weeks, there just isn't enough time to get complacent, and urgency increases and intensifies. The 12 Week Year creates focus and clarity on what matters most and a sense of urgency to do it now.

No idea how this got such a high star rating

The title gives you about as much information as the entire book. To say more is a waste of even more time. Look elsewhere.
