Story
In 2005, Anne Rice startled her readers with her novel Christ the Lord: Out of Egypt, and by revealing that, after years as an atheist, she had returned to her Catholic faith. His Relentless Pursuit
Reviewed: 01-31-23
Oh, so good. I am always thrilled to hear of God’s graceful gift of faith to believe Him… how He pursues us. When the object of His affection has a reputation of active unbelief, His mercy of new birth is even more thrilling. I am not Catholic, but a believer, and appreciate this author’s articulate testimony. I did not read the Vampire Chronicles… fantasy never appealed to me. I am intrigued, however, by what the very real Jesus would have experienced as a child and before His public ministry, so I’m excited to read how Anne Rice tells those Jesus stories.

Story
What does it look like to live with joy in a society that does not like what Christians believe, say, or do? It's tempting to grow angry, keep our heads down, retreat or just give up altogether. But this isn't the first time that God's people have had to learn how to live in a pagan world that opposes God's rule.

Well Done ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Alistar Begg is one of God’s abundant blessings. My dear mother introduced me to his ministry more than 10 years ago. For those years he has accompanied me as I garden, do my dishes, make my beds … drive to and fro running my errands.
I’m grateful to live in this era of audio sermons, podcasts, books, on- line resources as expertly cataloged by TruthForLife.
Brave by Faith is an encouraging reminder for Christians of God’s purposes for, protection of, and abiding love of His family through the ages. Well done.
I suspect Alistar Begg would be uncomfortable accepting my praise, but there it is.
