I didn’t expect to get as much out of this as I did. This is a very powerful work from Susan Cain. I hope more people who need this Audible Original discover it. Susan Cain is also very easy to listen to—her voice reminds me of the actress Katherine Heigl.

I’ve read all of Stasi Schroeder’s books, and while her fashion game is solid, this one? Major miss. The whole 'girl boss' thing? Please. And, excuse me, but she really crossed the line when she talked trash about *both* Carrie Bradshaw *and* Blair Waldorf?! You want to mess with New York’s OG style icons? Not on my watch. ;)

Oof... Just finished Haidt's latest book, The Anxious Generation, and still processing. To put it simply, for many our lives are riddled with fear, from the largest issues to the smallest details. Society and even our own families have shaped us this way, preventing us from truly living a free life. No wonder our country is plagued with increasing rates of mental illness.

People may be hesitant to read this, thinking it's just another take on screen time. However, Haidt goes far beyond that. He delves deep into the psychology of what technology is doing to our brains and human relationships. He explores how the shift from "play-based childhood" to "phone-based childhood" has profoundly impacted mental health, especially among teens. This book covers everything from sleep deprivation to attention fragmentation, addiction, loneliness, and more.

Haidt's insights are backed by data and a clear call to action. This is not just another anxiety book—it's a crucial guide to understanding and addressing the current mental health crisis in this country. VERY INTERESTING READ!

Initially, the audiobook felt like a slow burn, but the captivating voice acting kept me engaged through the gradual build-up. By the end, I discovered a new favorite book. I’m eagerly looking forward to rereading it this summer by the pool, accompanied by a glass of wine.

Strap in for Wildflower, a whirlwind tour through Drew Barrymore's mind that may be more turbulent than a theme park ride. While her on-screen charisma shines, the book's journey feels more like dodging potholes than cruising smoothly. And her Audible rendition? Let's just say, wear headphones and don't turn it up too loud.

I thoroughly enjoyed this Audible Original, especially the immersive experience delivered by Dolby Atmos when paired with my Apple AirPods with Dynamic. While there were a few chapters that felt prolonged and less interesting, the overall narrative was captivating and thoroughly enjoyable.
