A good review on how Rickover approached leadership. Shows how Rickover was able to effectively create a high risk organization that remains free from signficant incident.

Great Book

Very enlightening. Gives some good tactics (that are sometimes counter intuiative) to get what you want by using your words. The book is mostly geared towards police officers, but has a lot of good lessons for anybody who has to interact with people on a daily basis.
