The performance is littered with annoying beeping noises at the start of new sections, same ones used in clickbait “top 10 ___” style YouTube videos.

Story
As former tutor and adviser to Emperor Nero, philosopher and statesman Seneca was acutely aware of how short life can be - his own life was cut short when the emperor ordered him to commit suicide (for alleged involvement in a conspiracy). And Seneca proved true to his words - his lifelong avowal to Stoicism enabled him to conduct himself with dignity to the end. During his rich and busy life, Seneca wrote a series of essays that have advised and enriched the lives of generations down to the present day.

It is remarkable to see how well Seneca's observations and advice hold up, literally thousands of years later. Delivery is straight and unpretentious.
The content is easier to consume a little at a time, if desired.

Solid, straight-forward business advice for SMBs
Reviewed: 09-03-18
Pretty standard advice about having accountability, setting smart goals and cascading them from a few big ones per quarter down to departments and individuals. Track leading indicators in a regular format, raise issues and solve them.
Target audience is small businesses like construction, real estate, and services, but the general advice applies anywhere.
Concepts are explained in a clear manner, simply enough for a anyone to understand without any prior business experience or education. There are supporting materials like lists and templates.
