Story
You know who your competitors are. You keep tabs on them regularly, and can list them calmly, along with their strengths and weaknesses. But your enemies are a whole other matter. They’re the haters and the doubters who said you’d never make it, the ones who stomped on your dreams. When you think about your enemies, you get emotional. You feel like you won’t let anything—or anyone—stop you.

Very inspiring. I am picking up a little black book to put down the names of my enemies! I shall conquer!
Look out! F you Hallmark!
F you Disney
F you, you red diaper doper Commie babies!
F you TBN! And you conservatives for holding me back!
F you pure flux! Your films are trash!
I want my countries soul back! I will study and train so hard in my craft I shove my pen through your throats and rip your still beating hearts out! I will dedicate my life to the craft! I will network! I will coordinate and strike with my pen! I will humble you! I shall bring glory to my God!

Story
The soft muted roar of the deep blue white-capped waves resonated from down below the ancient caverns cut out high within the rocks. The caverns had been home to dragons for millions of years, but the cut stone had been carved out and embellished by the mages within the recent centuries. Yet even now, the caverns still resonated with the deep rumbling throaty thrums, threshing of wings and clack of talons.

Awesome Narrators, great story, they really captured the characters. Love the duel narration. The story is fun as well, huge variety of characters! I love stories with multiple POV.

Story
Minalan gave up a promising career as a professional warmage to live the quiet life of a village spellmonger in the remote mountain valley of Boval. It was a peaceful, beautiful little fief, far from the dangerous feudal petty squabbles of the Five Duchies, on the world of Callidore. There were cows. Lots of cows. And cheese. For six months things went well: He found a quaint little shop, he befriended the local lord, the village folk loved him, he found a sharp young apprentice to help out, and, best yet, he met a comely young widow with the prettiest eyes.

Not exactly a fan of books written in the first person. Didn’t get far. If you don’t mind. I...I...I ..I... I... me my self and I... you will probably like it.
I have read one or two books that pull it off alright. But generally not my cup of tea. Basically just personal preference. On a side note, the story looked interesting. Just couldn’t get into it. Might not be a problem for other people. If it was written in third person I probably would have enjoyed it. So probably not a bad book... just a style preference.

You’ll either love or hate it. Or both. I laughed, I cried. Emotional roller coaster. Well done. I look forward to the sequel, I will definitely buy it.
Definitely too graphic for children. Think Game of Thrones in a: Star Sars/Renaissance/Steampunk/Wheel of time world combination burrito! Very unique! Made a lasting impact on my world view.
It’s definitely not politically correct. But amazing plot!
It hurt my heart and brain. I was angry, disgusted and laughing at all once. I couldn’t stop listening, I the reader/listener tragically benged out and finished what probably took him years worth work in two days!
You will probably either hate or love it... or both! So unique! There needs to be book 2! Masterpiece!
Dear Shad, this excited fan demands you take your time and finish your next masterpiece as soon as humanly possible! ;) Well Done! Both writing and audio reading peoples!
