Story
When star of Bravo’s The Real Housewives of Potomac Dr. Wendy Osefo was growing up, her mother was her everything. But when she became a mother herself, everything changed. In this “exquisitely-drawn portrait of the intense bond that only a mother can have with a daughter” (Katie Haufner, author of Mother Daughter Me), Wendy explores how her Nigerian upbringing has affected her life, her success, and her role as a parent.

Thank you for sharing your gift with us! I brought this book (hard copy) almost a year ago and never opened it! During that time I decided to take a break from dating and focus on myself. I recently purchased the audible so that I can listen while working. I find myself going between the audible and hard copy to take note of the lists/questions. This has been probably the most therapeutic read I’ve had in awhile! Ohh BTW… I already recommended to a few of my closets girl friends. Thanks

Story
In his early 20s, Curtis Jackson, known as 50 Cent, rose to the heights of fame and power in the cutthroat music business. A decade ago, the multi-platinum selling rap artist decided to pivot. His ability to adapt to change was demonstrated when he became the executive producer and star of Power, a high-octane, gripping crime drama centered around a drug kingpin's family. The series quickly became "appointment" television, leading to Jackson inking a four-year, $150 million contract with the Starz network - the most lucrative deal in premium cable history.

I love reading/listening to this book! Love the fact that you were the narrator! Definitely shows a different side of you. A lot of the information is relative to my life experience not personal and professionally. I have always loved your music and your shows! Keep up the great work and continue to be an inspiration.
