Story
God's offer of eternal life through his work on the cross remains the greatest gift the world has known. But contrary to its importance, Holy Week always seems to pass by quickly and be associated with habitual practices that elicit little reflection. As a result, it can be challenging for Christians to establish routines for meditation on Christ's life, death, and resurrection.

This book is great, and a great resource for Lenten and Eadtertide devotion. However, the audiobook needs to be completely redone. It is chock full of errors, as well as inconsistencies with the printed text. There are even several times where the narrator/author makes errors and has to start a sentence over. I have no doubt that he assumed that the publisher would correct the mistakes in post. Whoever was supposed to do that must have dropped the ball. The content of the book is great, but the audiobook needs a good deal of maintenance.

Story
Every Christian knows the importance of a daily quiet time with the Lord. But anyone who’s been a believer long enough has likely experienced seasons that feel more mundane or routine, leading to aimlessly skimming a couple of Bible verses or praying the same prayer over and over. In Be Thou My Vision, Jonathan Gibson has created a 31-day liturgical guide designed to provide structure to the daily worship of individuals and families.

This is what a new Star wars trilogy could have be

one of the best audiobook performances I've ever heard. Impersonation of original characters was on point!
The story left a lot of loose threads hanging at the end. A lot of interesting characters that went silent, and possible plot points that fizzled. And I realized that it's supposed to be like that. It's part one of a three-part series, after all. Other than that, really, really enjoyed it. If you were frustrated with the terrible new Star wars movies, sit down and have a listen to what a follow-up trilogy could have been. better story telling. better writing. better all around.
