Excellent advice for the struggling empath

I am almost 60 and have been constantly told I'm too sensitive. Every relationship I've been in was explained in this book. I also learned how to deal with my chatty husband who drains me. Lastly, great advice on the crystals to help empath. I actually was drawn to Lapis Lazuli and started wearing it before learning about it in this book!!!!

Read too fast to enjoy

Would you listen to Island of Flowers again? Why?
No, I would read it but the narrator seems to be in a hurry to get through the book, not leaving time for you imagination to picture what she is saying. I quit listening after 5 minutes.
