Is there anything you would change about this book?
Yup- way to much time was spent explaining how to do certain exercises. This does not play out well for an audiobook. Found myself fast forwarding
What could Yuri Elkaim have done to make this a more enjoyable book for you?
He should add a link to go online to review the exercises and left them out of the audibook.
What does Yuri Elkaim bring to the story that you wouldn’t experience if you just read the book?
I liked hearing his personal experiences and story. The very beginning of the book when he discusses his own personal health issues was pretty touching and heartfelt.
Was The All Day Fat-Burning Diet worth the listening time?
Parts of it yes. When discussing fat burn, nutrition, metabolism, food choices etc. All great information. I just had a hard time when so much time was spent on exercise- it just doesn't hold your attention.

Book has lots of great advice and if anyone is looking to lose weight I am sure they can if they follow the program.

Would you listen to The Blood Sugar Solution again? Why?
I found myself hitting rewind several times to relisten to parts of this book because the information was so amazing. Mark really explains in detail why certain foods are causing diabesity and simple food choice and lifestyle changes that can reverse diabesity. The side effect of getting health is losing weight- doesn't get better than this!

Mark Hyman not only wrote but also narrates the book. He has a very pleasant speaking style that makes you want to hear more.

This audible book was very engaging and held my attention. The information provided is very simple to understand. I am a wellness coach at a weight loss center and the information provided has helped me to have a better understanding of nutrition and lots of information I can share. The information is life changing and I highly recommend this book to anyone that is looking to get healthy and drop some pounds.
