Story
Since his wife died, Ralph Roberts has been having trouble sleeping. Each night he wakes up a bit earlier until he's barely sleeping at all. During his late-night walks, he observes some strange things going on in Derry, Maine. He sees colored ribbons streaming from people's heads, two strange little men wandering around town after dark, and more. He begins to suspect that these visions are something more than hallucinations brought on by lack of sleep.

Great narration; great story. The choice to add music to the end of chapters sure is interesting.
I consider it more of an inconvenience rather than something that ruined the book for me.
If you like Steven King, you’ll probably like this one too.

Story
The planet is called Banshee. The air is unbreathable, the water poisonous. It is the home of the most implacable enemies that humanity, in all its interstellar expansion, has ever encountered. Felix is a scout in A-team Two. Highly competent, he is the sole survivor of mission after mission. Yet he is a man consumed by fear and hatred.

An incredible ride. One of a kind.

The narrators performance paired with this authors incredible pacing is a one of a kind experience as far as I’m aware. The main character shift partway through threw me off the first time I tried to listen to Armor. I started over and just finished it and definitely feel like my perseverance was rewarded. 5/5, 10/10, I know what I’ll recommend we listen to the next time I road-trip with my dad.

Fascinating - oddly uplifting. I listened to this in one sitting, There is something I love about listening to someone who is highly proficient in a field talk about it. Would recommend to anyone interested in the topic.
