I wasn’t sure what to expect with this audiobook. But this is one of my favorite stories and if they did it well then it would be something I would enjoy listening to for a very long time. The audio production is done very well and I enjoyed it very much. Looking forward to listening to more audiobooks produced by Graphic Audio

I liked the whole origin behind the planet and the mysteries that unfolded during the story. It also gave a little more insight into Styx and what she is all about. Especially with the introduction of a new AI in the story.

Wasnt quite what I was looking for but I wasnt disappointed. I enjoyed the characters and the story mission. I wasnt disappointed when they found the ship. The author wrote very well the circumstances behind finding a really old ship and the problems they would encounter. There are a lot more books in the series and I look forward to continuing the adventure.

Story
With strength, wit, rakish charm, and a talking sword named Hrym, Rodrick has all the makings of a classic hero - except for the conscience. Instead, he and Hrym live a high life as scoundrels, pulling cons and parting the weak from their gold. When a mysterious woman invites them along on a quest into the frozen north in pursuit of a legendary artifact, it seems like a prime opportunity to make some easy coin - especially if there's a chance for a double-cross.

Magical sword? Gotta be good right? And it was. The whole story was really good. I like a book that can keep me guessing and make me laugh. The relationship between the sword and his companion grew in depth as the story was told. Secrets were unveiled that were never brought up as common thieves. Each traveling companion in the quest had a unique twist that I liked and was revealed at the right moment in the story. Definetly a good read. Highly recommend it. William Dufris did a great job with voices for each character. I never had to guess which character was speaking.
