Story
Most organizations and individuals work in the context of annual goals and plans; a 12-month execution cycle. Instead, The 12 Week Year avoids the pitfalls and low productivity of annualized thinking. This book redefines your "year" to be 12 weeks long. In 12 weeks, there just isn't enough time to get complacent, and urgency increases and intensifies. The 12 Week Year creates focus and clarity on what matters most and a sense of urgency to do it now. In the end more of the important stuff gets done and the impact on results is profound.

Straight forward approach to goal setting
Reviewed: 12-01-21
The 12 Week Year present straightforward approach to goal setting. Just the concept of think small to do big things is worth the price of the book.
I don’t understand everybody’s opinion that the narrator voice is not audible. He is just calm and soft spoken.

Within in the first 30 seconds, I knew I was in for a treat and that I was a m*therf*ck*r. :-)
Kevin delivers real insight and advice in a true and hilarious matter unlike other books that can make this type of material dull at best.
Apparently, Kevin's way of delivering his message isn't for everyone based on some of the comments. But I found the book informative, well thought and impactful.
A definite keeper in my library. 5 Stars!

Story
Present moment awareness is an essential ingredient in life if one expects to experience any degree of authentic peace and contentment. It has been acknowledged for centuries as the cornerstone of spiritual awakening in all traditions of Eastern thought. In the West, however, it is still a relatively unrecognized concept for living. The Western mind is always restless, never content with the moment.

Some good points detailed but not a ton of depth. Lacking in how to achieve results.
