Loved the concept

The plot was weak, but some of the comments were great. Comedians were good at delivery.
This Review is so not as funny as some of the ones mentioned.

Story
In this award-winning Audible Studios production, Trevor Noah tells his wild coming-of-age tale during the twilight of apartheid in South Africa. It’s a story that begins with his mother throwing him from a moving van to save him from a potentially fatal dispute with gangsters, then follows the budding comedian’s path to self-discovery through episodes both poignant and comical.

I learned and laughed. What an education. I listened to this book over several days of easy work. I liked watching Trevor Noah pre-pandemic, Loved him during the pandemic, loved this book. I can't wait to see what he'll do post pandemic. (Maybe take a break!)

Story
Temper tantrums in the supermarket. Tears that seem to come out of nowhere. Battles over homework that are more like wars. When your child has problems regulating his or her emotions, there's no hiding it. Children with intense emotions go from zero to 100 in seconds and are prone to frequent emotional and behavioral outbursts that leave parents feeling bewildered and helpless. Other parents may have told you that it's just a phase or that your child needs discipline.

I found this really helpful in how I think about my approaches when dealing with my Highly Emotional daughter. It will definitely be a book I come back to again and again.
