Very good Intro to Psychology. Really easy to listen too also. I love the Great Courses in general but most classes seem at least a decade old. This one is not.

Very informative

I own no pets and probably will not anytime soon but this book had me thinking about it. This book is about the relationship between you and your dog., and what kind of behavior you should expect from your dog. I found it very informative. This is not a book about how to specify train your dog. He does compare different methods of training and equipment such as leashes.
I think this is very good information that all dog owners should know.

Story
Fyodor Dostoyevsky is a titanic figure among the world's great authors, and The Brothers Karamazov is often hailed as his finest novel. A masterpiece on many levels, it transcends the boundaries of a gripping murder mystery to become a moving account of the battle between love and hate, faith and despair, compassion and cruelty, good and evil.

Story
After his great portrayal of a guilty man in Crime and Punishment, Dostoevsky set out in The Idiot to portray a man of pure innocence. The 26-year-old Prince Myshkin, following a stay of several years in a Swiss sanatorium, returns to Russia to collect an inheritance and “be among people”. Even before he reaches home, he meets the dark Rogozhin, a rich merchant’s son whose obsession with the beautiful Nastasya Filippovna eventually draws all three of them into a tragic denouement. In Petersburg, the prince finds himself a stranger in a society obsessed with money, power, and manipulation.

Horrible Narration
Reviewed: 10-13-21
I can not listen to 40 hrs of this. The narrators voice is quite good itself but the character voices a horrible, almost unintelligible. I am going to try to return this and get a different copy.

Story
Working with the full cooperation of the Van Gogh Museum in Amsterdam, Steven Naifeh and Gregory White Smith have accessed a wealth of previously untapped materials. While drawing liberally from the artist's famously eloquent letters, they have also delved into hundreds of unpublished family correspondences, illuminating with poignancy the wanderings of Van Gogh's troubled, restless soul. Naifeh and Smith bring a crucial understanding to the larger-than-life mythology of this great artist.

Great Book
Reviewed: 10-08-21
Narration was excellent. Very informative. The authors are painting a picture of there own and really try hard to steer your emotions. Almosr everything I know about Vincent van Gogh is from this book so i can not speak to the accuracy of the information. It sure does feel like you are being steered though.
