This is Payton's story and what a mess she makes. Not only that but information is exposed that closes a major story arc.

Payton sneaks out per usual but this time it's perfect timing. As she's running through the forest, she happens upon a Cysgodian she's never seen before. His name is Nyle and she doesn't pay much attention to him, she's on her way to Shelter City to see Yevgen. It just so happens that that was Nyle's destination as well. In the heat of the moment Yevgen proclaims something and Payton goes along with it. Not knowing it will bite her in the ass later and shock her family. Within minutes of all 3 being in the same room, they are kidnapped by mercenaries due to the fact that Yevgen downloaded information from the Federation database that he shouldn't have. Needless to say, Payton is a cat that won't be caged for long. Everything snowballs from there. You must read to find out what Payton does and what arc gets answers.

It's worthy of a one click and your time spent listening to it

This was sooooo much more than MacGregor pranks going awry as they often do. This was a brilliant whodunit.

Bruce's buttinsky but lovable mom Cait and the whole clan in fact keep trying to set up blind dates for this perpetual batchelor.. He keeps telling them no thanks to one in particular and doesn't show.

So what happens when possible true love literally thuds to the motel floor? Why madness and craziness of course, we are talking the MacGregors here after all.

Elodie is a rich very normal and humble young lady who want nothing to do with all the "fakeness" her family is all about. She hits the road to try her hand at writing but instead gets tangled in a curse/magick mess with Bruce being half the cause. Be very thankful for that. Bruce vows to be her protector even before he realized his magick was part of her problem. It causes her pain and a vast mix of emotions. Will she make it out of the situation? Is she Bruce's love? Is she human and will the MacGregor clan accept her? You must listen to this nonstop adrenaline rush that I couldn't stop listening to find out.

By the way, Katherine stood up for Elodie and herself as well and made the most poignant speech that I had to literally clap for.

I always look forward to the next MacGregor book and this went beyond my expectations. High octane action, drama, steam, a little romance and we can't forget the hilarity of Uncle Raibeart. However, Ian was just as hilarious this time around.

Plus PERFECT NARRATION that is par for the course with Michelle M Pillow's audiobooks!

This is my favorite Order of Magic audiobook as of yet. Don't get me wrong, I love all of them, this one just tipped the scales a bit. Mainly because it revolves around Cynthia who makes a living actually debunking and lecturing about the charlatan ways of mediums, psychics and the likes. Everything the women of Freewild Cove are. And Josh of course.

The ball gets rolling after Cynthia's lecture while she's trying to have a peaceful meal (like that ever happens, even irl.), she's interrupted, albeit politely, by a very haggard looking man. He sits, orders a meal and proceeds with why he tracked her down. It's not to confront or harang her. He's trying to get a logical, non paranormal, answer to his predicament. He shows Cynthia some disturbing selfies that she just brushes off as a prank and the meal continues.

That is until two young ladies actually do confront her at the table. One in particular, "Red," all but screams at her and makes a scene. Letting Cynthia know that the women in Freewild Cove at the Warwick Theater ARE the real deal.

This gets Cynthia's debunking brain working & a freaked out Josh an idea. This gets the coincidences started, the bad luck going, the romance ensuing and the paranormal hijynx starting. Oh, and did I mention that Cynthia is wearing her mother's ring? Wink wink.

The narration is wonderful and had me busting a gut throughout. This is MOST DEFINITELY A MUST listen!!

My oh my. A sexy Scot in a kilt whose into technology. A character after my own heart. Thanks Mrs. Pillow!!
Anyway, this is audiobook book 6 in the Warlocks MacGregor series. It's Euann and Cora's backstory but so much more.
It's such a fantastic listen & has everything. And I do mean everything. Warlocks, witches & magical creatures galore. It has a kidnapping, a tea party & too many cookies. This has mystery & danger, humor & craziness and let's not forget excitement & steam.
Micheal is spot on with the narration and his accents are FANTASTIC!!
I 100% recommend this audiobook, even if you just listen to it as a standalone. In the series is best of course but I don't think you'll be lost if read as a standalone. Either way, the book is fantastic and worth every cent!

This is a very unique and intriguing sci-fi audiobook. The drama and suspense start right away and never stops. The characters are likable and some despicable. The plot is well thought through and flows very well.
The narration is spot on and Mile's voice is enjoyable to the ears. You just can't go wrong with this title if you like sci-fi or even Theophilus Monroe.

This cozy mystery has it all. There are thieves, a murdered guest, witches, a werewolf and a hysterical Aunt Polly ( who could give Uncle Raibeart a run for his money, except 1 small thing).
It's opening weekend and poor Lilly has to deal with so much. Not only the aforementioned, excluding the werewolf. Nolan is her very sweet and helpful boyfriend. She is dealing with "family" members who just occupy guest rooms and don't lift a finger to help. Plus, as a newbie witch her magic is going a tad haywire so now she has to deal with everything that entails as well. Least we not forget, Aunt Polly is there to help.......what else could possibly go wrong? Does Lilly and her B & B make it past opening weekend? You'll have to listen to find out. You'll be glad you did. I listened and laughed without stopping for anything. This is a hysterical audiobook that I just can't recommend enough. The narrator has a pleasant voice and does do the book justice. B.J. is wonderful.

This is so hysterical. horrific and super sweet. I've read the book now I've listened to the audiobook. I can honestly say I prefer the audiobook for 2 reasons. Michael's narration is so much more vivid than my mind. His voices bring the book to life. Plus while I was laughing hysterically I didn't have to worry about dropping my phone or a book and loosing my page.

Finally we have Raibeart's book and it explains a lot. Four new characters are introduced. Three are fantastic, 2 of which I hope gets books. One however is almost as vile as the devil himself. There's also a revelation that made my jaw drop to the floor.

Raibeart and Katherine (must listen to audiobook to find out who she is.) are literally put through hell and back. Not once, but twice. It's all courtesy of the evil, vile biotch Alice.
We also find out that if it wasn't for Donovan and Gregory (must listen to audiobook to find out who they are.) Raibeart would have been dead long ago. Due Alice's eardrum shattering screeching and wailing.
There are some fantastic comical one liners and phrases as well. Such as what Raibeart calls his "third leg." What he says the ghost granny's moonshine does to him and even what he plans on naming Maura and Jackson's baby. I agree 100% with his answer to the devil’s greatest trick. Katherine thinking that Crow being goth meant that she was a "creature" and not human. And Cait burning his pants instead of mending them. Oh and I can't forget the bee costume. :) :) :)
For all the horrid things Alice did to Katherine and Raibeart that made me sad, the one liners made me laugh out loud.

Michelle M Pillow's mind never ceases to amaze me. Her books are top notch and this is no exception. And nobody can do her books justice the way Michael does. He's an amazing narrator with fantastic voice talent.
My advice to you is this, ONE CLICK.... ONE CLICK....GO ON....DON'T WAIT

This is a delightful, magical paranormal cozy. It has whimsical garden gnomes with attitudes that would put "certain" dwarves to shame. And my favorite character Polly, is so colorful she has me in hysterics everytime.
If you have spare time. need a laugh or just doing chores, this is definitely worth a listen.

I laughed my butt off and didn't care who heard.

I read the ebook first but the audiobook just brings it life in a way my mind just couldn't. The narrator was very good as well. I'm so used to Rebecca or Michael narrating BUT B.J. fits right in.

Michelle M Pillow does not disappoint with this audiobook. The narrator, B.J. Harrison, is a new voice but he does do the book justice.

It is about Marcy, Anna's manager at the Witches Brew. It has a curse, fires, a stalker & IMO, the most FANTASTIC character...Aunt Polly! On top of that there are many twists & turns & oh, didn't see that coming.

Can easily be listened to or read in one sitting. If you are a cozy mystery fan or a Michelle M Pillow fan I highly recommend!
