Light in the darkness
Reviewed: 11-19-22
We live in the darkness of relativism. It has left us directionless. Fr. Younan shines his Aristotelian flashlight into the darkness, so we can begin to see again, see what we are and in which direction we should go. Listen/Read it, then go do something!

Story
Best-selling author Peter Kreeft presents a series of brilliant essays about many of the issues that increasingly divide our Western civilization and culture. He states that "these essays are not new proposals or solutions to today's problems. They are old. They have been tried, and have worked. They have made people happy and good. That is what makes them so radical and so unusual today. The most uncommon thing today is common sense".

Beyond Grateful for Peter Kreeft
Reviewed: 12-27-21
In an age like ours when so many lack wise fathers and grandfathers Peter Kreeft fills the void with wise words and the much longed for clarity and common sense that our world has been deprived of. If you ache as you long for fatherly wisdom in a fatherless society, read Kreeft. He will give you light and direct your mind to the reason you should hope and not despair.

Story
Just as Christ sent his apostles into the world to make disciples of all nations, we too are called to this same mission. But where do we start? How can we accomplish this in today’s culture? On a Mission details the sanctifying process of cooperating with God’s grace as he lovingly forms an apostolic heart for others within each of us.

Foundational Principles & Practical Wisdom

Short, but not fast food. Madrid offers a quick but richly balanced & highly nourishing introduction to being an apostle for Christ. Just the right amount of encounter with saintly apologetics (St. Francis, John Vianney etc.), practical insights from Madrid’s experiences, and recommendations of resources for further study. Hope he writes more like this one.
