I've listen several books on procrastinating and habit formation (The Now Habit, The Willpower Instinct, Better Than Before, Mini-Habits) but this one is the best. It's written in a clean and practical style. After listening this book, I even started listening to Pychyl's podcast and also found a very good lecture he did posted on YouTube. I think this book deserves a lot more attention. I'm happy I stumbled upon it and am super-satisfied with my purchase. :)
