Story
As a man, when you decide that you want to express your romantic or sexual desires, interests, and intentions to a woman, how do you go about communicating those desires and interests to her? Do you communicate your desires and interests to women in a cautious, vague, ambiguous, or "beat around the bush" manner? Do you avoid approaching women and avoid initiating conversations with women altogether?

Really liked the fact that the author narrated the book. He added expression and passion that could not have been replicated by an outsider.
Liked the mode one concept and the fact that he presented some practical ways to practice it on the real world. It ain’t like you have to talk explicitly about sex to every woman you encounter, but more like being forward about your intentions and having the courage to leave platonic relations when you really want something else.

Interesting book and the voice over was on point
Reviewed: 09-24-22
After reading a couple “Alfa man books” I decided to read The Rational Male which I see is the book where most of the others take their ideas.
I am not into the PUA life but this book gave me some insight that I could confirm by remembering past experiences with females, on situations where I couldn’t grasp the whys of their actions. The voice over was really good, felt like Rollo himself was reading it!

Story
Deftly combining medicine, social history, and personal experience, Our Symphony with Animals is the first book by a physician to show how deeply the well-being of humans and animals are entwined. Interwoven throughout is Dr. Akhtar's own story of being a young girl who was bullied in school and sexually abused by her uncle. Feeling abandoned by humanity, it was only when she met Sylvester, a dog who had also been abused, that she found strength for both of them. Our Symphony with Animals is the definitive account for why our relationships with animals matter.

Enjoyed it all the way

This book took me through a roller coaster of emotions, from sadness to anger and smiles.
The reader made a good job at separating her voice from the other characters during the conversations, and I felt like it was the author who was reading it.
I also liked that online resources were provided for those who want to get involved with helping animals after reading the book.

Story
