Story
The McGunnegals are all strange, and it has been that way for generations. They are too strong, or too fast, or too smart, and odd things happen when they are around. The neighbors say they are witches or devils, or have been snatched by changelings. Mothers hold their children close when they walk by, fearing they might catch the McGunnegal strangeness.

This is one of the best nonfiction books I’ve ever read! It’s whimsically fanciful with a twist of realism.

Symphony of Color offers insight into anyone “different". Part one addresses some of the sensorial and neurological distinctions synesthetes experience. Part two is about how those distinctions color the author's physical expression. Symphony of Color offers a unique perspective on what “born different” feels like.

The sound of the author and narrators voice is easy to listen to. The explanation of various meanings of examples of existence real condition as realities is clear and precise. I myself am an Empath and found this book extremely intriguing of other realities I’m interested in learning about empaths and their realities.
Constanza opened up and gave her very personal and very different reality compared to less empathic individuals. As an Empath I too wear my heart on my sleeve and have become very defensive because of my openness. Constanza Bade is inspirational to open so much of her self to teach and inspire others of her reality!
It is not scientific or measurably quantitative. Her book is qualitative and a Real Perspective!

Story
On September 6, 2007, an African Grey parrot named Alex died prematurely at age 31. His last words to his owner, Irene Pepperberg, were "You be good. I love you." What would normally be a quiet, very private event was, in Alex's case, headline news. Over the 30 years they had worked together, Alex and Irene had become famous - two pioneers who opened an unprecedented window into the hidden yet vast world of animal minds.

To hear a larger encompassed history and Marvel of Alex is mind blowing, despite know there is more to other animals than the human race gives them credit for. After all, we too are animals.
From the Factual history background story how this book was put together chapter by chapter to the narration all of it is mesmerizing!
Over the years hearing and learning about Alex and knowing that he pasted long before expected. I remind myself, he left so early because we still are not ready for the vast capacity of intelligence he was capable of teaching us.
Thank you Alex and Pepperberg for share your wealth of knowledge…and all those who had a hand in it!!

Volume Two includes interviews with hypnotherapists, scientists like Gary Schwartz and others, transcripts from LBL sessions, and controversial "conversations" with people who are no longer on the planet. The author explores his own unconventional journey to this research, and includes a between life session of his own. Extensively researched, breathtaking in scope, It's a Wonderful Afterlife takes the reader on a wild ride, across the yellow brick road, into the Great Beyond.

Richard Martini has the most soothing conversational tone. It really feels like you are next to him as opposed to getting talked at. it's very comforting and humble as much as the subject of the book is. I can't wait to read more of Richard Martini's books.

This book is a Wonderful example of the connection that is possible with animals. I get to experience that connection more than most but there is a clear understanding of the barriers that can be breached. We could learn something from Sgt Reckless.
Thank you Sgt Reckless and all those who put others before themselves!
