Story
Organized around a simple metaphor of a dipper and a bucket - already familiar to thousands of people - How Full Is Your Bucket? shows how even the smallest interactions we have with others every day profoundly affect our relationships, productivity, health and longevity. Coauthor Donald O. Clifton studied the effects of positive and negative emotions for half a century, and he and his colleagues interviewed millions of people around the world. Their discoveries contributed to the emergence of an entirely new field.

Story
In Visualization for Weight Loss, Jon Gabriel expands on the most talked about tool in his best-selling book, The Gabriel Method: visualization. This powerful technique helped Jon drop 220 pounds without dieting or deprivation, because it didn't depend on calorie counting or extreme exercise - rather it changed his biochemistry and neural pathways. In turn this helped lower stress and its associated inflammatory chemicals in his body, allowing him to lose weight easily and naturally.

Walking your talk is no easy task, however Jon did It!
I invite you to gift yourself with a book that will transform the way you look at yourself, forever.
This book allows you to review your situation and explore the possible causes of your obesity. It contains well documented research which validates the different premises explored.
This is a book that opens the door to infinite possibilities. It feels like Jon has a genuine interest in helping you help and rediscover yourself through the power of visualization and a new regained intuition.
I finished the book but I have already begun a new journey to rediscover who I really am, physically, mentally and emotionally. Now, I am allowing myself to be guided by my ever so sharp intuition. ¡Gracias Jon!

Story
This is a very different book: It is written for the dreamers of this world - the people who KNOW that something different is possible - but who have never had the tools before.... This is a Handbook for Generating Infinite Possibilities and Dynamic Change. For you. And the world. Ten years ago, Dr. Dain Heer started as a chiropractor in California, USA. Seemingly successful and happy, Dain Heer was on the verge of suicide when he came across Access Consciousness. With this modality, based on question and choice, Dr. Heer's life began to expand and grow with more ease and speed than even he could have imagined possible.

Permission to begin again

I loved Being You. The book was a constant awakening. It challenged my old beliefs and limitations and introduced me to a World of endless possibilities. The examples were right on target and although the "statement" was soooo confusing and hard to follow with my "monkey" mind at the beginning, I kept right on. I listened once and again. I had to learn. I had to experience this. The changes have been AMAZING! Thank you! :)

Story
Marianne Williamson is a best-selling author, a world-renowned teacher, and one of the most important spiritual voices of our time. In Tears to Triumph, she argues that we - as a culture and as individuals - have learned to avoid facing pain. By doing so we are neglecting the spiritual work of healing. Instead of allowing ourselves to embrace our hurt, we numb it, medicate it, dismiss it, or otherwise divert our attention so that we never have to face it.

Cathartic awakening!
Reviewed: 04-17-17
At the beginning being confronted with my reality, my óptions and decisions was hard. However, if I want to steer my ship I must do it differently now. I am letting go of all those thoughts, hurts and unforgiving ways that have kept me anchored to the past. Forgiving and letting go is hard. But I refuse to hurt myself any longer. I am free to be me, love me... now I am free to see the real you and love you. Marianne's book was inspired from above. I highly recommend it.
