Empowering stories

This book will make you realize the most important idea : you are allowed to be happy. It's kind of align with many self improvement books out there but this one is more tailored to men as well as structured to also explain the root cause of why people get stuck in their unhappy life.

Story
Many foster and adoptive parents are raising children with complex emotional trauma, desperate for answers to heal their families. Caught off guard, these families find themselves with shattered dreams, shattered homes, and shattered hearts, with nowhere to turn for answers. Extended family members, friends, and the greater community don't understand the challenges and can, sometimes, add to the problems these families face, prolonging the healing process for all.

Good Info, but too emotional
Reviewed: 08-07-24
While the contents are good and touch on very important subjects of attachment disorders and other disorders, the latter part of the book is too emotional and too subjective.
