Story
In the late ’60s, a small group of elite American women convinced an overwhelming majority of the country that destroying the most fundamental of relationships - mother and child - was necessary for women to have productive and happy lives. The decay of the entire family, and almost overnight, our once pro-life culture became pro-lifestyle, embracing everything that felt good. Sixty million abortions later, women aren’t showing signs of health, happiness, and fulfillment.

Beautiful view of Mary, and I'm not Catholic
Reviewed: 08-11-24
I grew up Protestant. But I very much enjoyed this book. it gave me a different view of Mary that I didn't quite understand before.
The research into culture and the anti-Mary spirit, as Gress describes it, helps me better understand, in hindsight, the culture I endured during my college years. And I went to an engineering school that wasn't very liberal, but I do recall some instances where I can see how that culture effected me.
